Simple thing- the National site that manages the IDX MLS information wants to assure that users like you and I are only using/viewing MLS for personal use and not for re-distribution.  That is why they have the permission boxes- it is the only way they will permit me to make this available to you.

One thing I would like for you to consider in this matter: Whether you contact me or some other agent about your chosen properties- please know that under South Carolina Agency Law, the agent's name and company associated with the property cannot serve as your exclusive agent (work solely for you).  They have a prior commitment with the seller-builder-owner already in place.
