These services range from doing deep searches for suitable homes, lands, or properties to locating and showing homes that are not listed with any real estate organization such as banks or seller marketed properties (FSBO).
Matching your needs with the available inventory is all part of client level services. This could include preparing a market analysis for properties you are considering as possible purchases. This information could prove invaluable when negotiating an offer to purchase. What makes this valuable and more importantly, valid.
Many buyers need purchase money in the form of a mortgage. My experiences with hundreds of transactions allow me to share information about local lending. Information about loan products, requirements, credit issues, and a custom approach to your needs are all within your reach when I make recommendations as to the best available home mortgage services.
If you like I can make recommendations as to legal services, inspection services, and other home related craftsmen. Years in the business and in the marketplace give me a distinct ability to properly guide you. This could save you time and money- something none can afford to waste.
As a protection to your property investment and moreover a requirement of your mortgage, you will need homeowners insurance. Having lived in the market since 1975 and owned properties here, I can make some recommendations as to where to obtain quotes for an informed decision as to your insurance provider.
Simple things like utility connections, garbage pick-up, and arranging for your move can all be provided where needed as a client level service.
