Simple thing- the National site that manages the IDX MLS information wants to assure that users like you and I are only using/viewing MLS for personal use and not for re-distribution.  That is why they have the permission boxes- it is the only way they will permit me to make this available to you.

ONE THING to consider in the process of buying your home whether you choose to allow my services to be at your disposal or not: Under South Carolina agency law, the agent who has their name and company associated with a home cannot represent you in an exclusive manner.  They already have a commitment to the owner/seller and therefore are not allowed to represent your best interest in the transaction.
